Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Finality of Transactions

All deposits and entry fees paid on HoopEarn are final. Once a transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the user.

2. Game Cancellations & Technical Faults

In the rare event that a tournament or quiz is cancelled by HoopEarn due to technical difficulties, server downtime, or insufficient participants:

  • The entire Entry Fee will be automatically refunded to your HoopEarn Wallet (in the exact ratio of Real Cash / Bonus Cash used).
  • Refunds for cancelled games are instantaneous and will reflect in your wallet immediately.

3. User Connectivity Issues

HoopEarn is not responsible for any loss resulting from user-side connectivity issues (e.g., poor internet, phone switching off, tab switching) during a live game. If you disconnect during an active game:

  • Your entry fee will not be refunded.
  • Your game will be auto-submitted with whatever score you accumulated before disconnecting.

4. Disqualification

If a user is found violating the Terms and Conditions (e.g., using cheats, multiple accounts, or playing from restricted states), their account will be blocked and all funds (Deposit and Winnings) will be forfeited with zero liability to refund.

5. Failed Deposits

If a deposit amount is deducted from your bank account but not added to your HoopEarn Wallet, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
