1. Game of Skill

HoopEarn is a platform offering "Games of Skill". Success depends entirely on your knowledge, speed, and accuracy, not on chance or luck. All quizzes are standardized for all participants in a given tournament.

2. Ranking System

• You will earn points for every correct answer.
• No points are awarded or deducted for wrong answers.
• In the event of a tie in points, the user who completed the quiz in the least amount of time will be ranked higher. Time is calculated down to milliseconds.

3. Anti-Cheating Measures

• Users switching tabs or minimizing the app during an active quiz will be immediately disqualified.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.

4. Legal Compliance & Geo-Blocking

We strictly adhere to the laws of India. Users residing in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, and Sikkim are legally barred from participating in real-money games. Any attempt to bypass this via VPN or false declaration will lead to account termination.

5. Taxes (TDS)

In compliance with Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, a 30% TDS will be deducted on Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal. Users must provide valid KYC (PAN Card) to process withdrawals successfully.
