If we detect that you are playing from a restricted state or are under 18, your account will be immediately suspended and all funds will be forfeited.

The quizzes and tournaments hosted on HoopEarn are "Games of Skill" as defined by Indian law. Success depends predominantly on the user's knowledge, attention, and speed, not on chance.

4. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play

We enforce strict anti-cheat measures. Any attempt to use bots, switch tabs during a game, utilize multiple accounts on the same device, or manipulate the platform's code will result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of winnings.

5. Financial Risk & Responsible Gaming

This game involves an element of financial risk and may be addictive. Please play responsibly and at your own risk. HoopEarn is not responsible for any financial losses incurred while playing.

6. Taxation & TDS

As per Indian Income Tax Act regulations (Section 115BBJ), HoopEarn reserves the right to deduct 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year. Users must complete KYC (PAN verification) to process withdrawals successfully.
